# Referentiepunt begrijpen
Het referentiepunt is waar Moasure vanaf meet. Standaard is het meetreferentiepunt het scherpe hoekpunt, aan de andere kant van de LED.
Als u van plan bent uw Moasure samen met de Moasure STICK te gebruiken, raden wij u aan het meetreferentiepunt naar de neus van de behuizing te verplaatsen om het nauwkeurigheidsniveau van uw metingen te behouden.
Om dit te doen, volgt u deze stappen:
1. Ga naar **Instellingen** (klik op het tandwiel in de rechterbovenhoek van de app);
2. Klik op **Meetopties**;
3. Ga naar **Gebruik Moasure STICK-hulp** en klik vervolgens op **Ja**.
Als u uw Moasure-apparaat zonder de Moasure STICK gebruikt, volgt u deze stappen:
1. Ga naar **Instellingen** (klik op het tandwiel in de rechterbovenhoek van de app);
2. Klik op **Meetopties**;
3. Ga naar **Gebruik Moasure STICK-hulp** en klik vervolgens op **Nee**.
