# Charging Moasure LX1

LX1 uses a long-lasting rechargeable battery designed to support full days of indoor measuring.\
Before your first measurement, we recommend fully charging the device for the best experience.

### **How to Charge LX1**

#### **1. Insert the USB-C cable**

Use the supplied USB-C cable (or any high-quality USB-C cable) and plug it into the charging port located on the **base of LX1**, beside the teal strap slot.

#### **2. Connect to a power source**

LX1 can be charged from any standard USB power source, including:

* A USB plug adaptor
* A laptop or desktop USB port
* A power bank

LX1 uses standard 5V USB charging.

#### **3. Check the LED indicators**

The LEDs near the buttons will illuminate to confirm that LX1 is charging.\
The light pattern will change as the battery level increases.

#### **4. Charge fully before use**

It’s recommended to begin your first measurement with a fully charged device to ensure consistent performance.

### **Battery Life**

When fully charged, LX1 provides **up to 10 hours of typical use**, depending on movement, Bluetooth activity, and how frequently the laser is used.

LX1 is designed to perform reliably throughout the working day with normal measuring behaviour.

### **How to Check Battery Level in the App**

You can check LX1’s battery level at any time:

1. Turn on LX1.
2. Open the Moasure app.
3. Start a new measurement.
4. The battery indicator will appear in the **top-right corner** of the screen.

### **USB-C Cable Guidance**

* Use the supplied cable or a trusted, high-quality USB-C cable.
* LX1 charges best from a standard 5V USB power source. Some high-voltage fast chargers may not be compatible.
* Charging from a laptop or power bank is completely safe and supported.
