# Edit Closets / Wardrobes

Closets and wardrobes are measured as recessed storage features within a wall.

After measurement, you can refine how the closet or wardrobe appears to better match the real layout.

Editing updates appearance and displayed dimensions only — it does not change the measured wall geometry.

### Select a Closet / Wardrobe

1. Open your saved floor plan
2. Tap the closet or wardrobe you want to edit
3. Tap **Edit Closet** / **Wardrobe**

The editing screen will open.

### Edit Closet / Wardrobe Shape

Use the adjustment markers to match the closet or wardrobe to the real space.

#### Adjust Width and Depth

1. Drag the side markers to align with the closet or wardrobe edges
2. Drag the back marker so it aligns with the **inside** wall edges
3. Fine-tune the shape until it matches the real recess
4. Tap **Apply**

The updated closet or wardrobe will appear in your floor plan.

### View Measurements

After applying your changes, dimensions appear directly within the drawing.

This helps improve layout clarity and provides a more accurate visual representation of the space.

### Change Style

You can change how the closet or wardrobe appears in the floor plan.

1. Tap the closet or wardrobe
2. Tap **Swap**
3. Select a different style or symbol

The new style updates instantly.

## Change to a Different Feature Category

If you selected the wrong feature category during measurement, you can replace it with a different feature type without remeasuring:

1. Tap the closet in the floor plan.
2. Tap **Swap**.
3. Tap the **back arrow** in the top-left corner of the selection screen.
4. Select the required feature category.
5. Choose the appropriate feature type.

The feature will update in the floor plan.

### Rotate a Closet / Wardrobe

If needed, you can adjust the orientation.

1. Tap the closet or wardrobe
2. Tap **Rotate**
3. Rotate until it matches the real layout

### Important

* Editing affects appearance and displayed dimensions only
* Wall geometry remains based on the original LX1 measurement
* Use editing tools to improve visual accuracy and floor plan presentation
* Tap **Apply** to save your changes
