Delete Account

Use this option only if you want to permanently remove your Moasure account.

Deleting your account is final — you will not be able to use LX1 or any Moasure device without creating a new account.


What We Store

  • Account details: your name and email address

  • Measurements & images: stored locally on your device, not on Moasure servers unless you export or choose cloud backups

  • Analytics (optional): anonymised diagnostic data, controlled via the analytics toggle


How to Delete Your Account

  1. Tap the Settings icon (bottom right).

  2. Tap Account Management.

  3. Tap Delete Account.

  4. Enter your password and confirm by tapping Delete.


What Happens Next

  • Your Moasure account is permanently closed.

  • You are signed out on all devices.

  • Your personal account information is removed from Moasure’s active systems.

  • Minimal records may remain only where legally required (e.g., security logs, financial records).

  • Local measurements stored on your device remain — delete them manually if no longer needed.

  • To use LX1 again, you’ll need to create a new Moasure account.

If you're having trouble with the above, you can contact us at support@moasure.com with your data deletion request and we'll delete your account for you.
