# Send a Support Request

Send a support request through the Moasure app.

Using the in-app support option helps provide diagnostic and measurement data that may assist us in resolving your issue more efficiently.

### Send a support request

1. Open **Settings** by tapping the cog icon in the bottom-right corner.
2. Tap **Send Support Request**.
3. Write your message.
4. Tap **Send Support Email**.
5. Your device’s default email app will open. Confirm and send the email from there.

Once sent, you’ll be returned to the Moasure app.

{% hint style="info" %}
Note: You may not see a confirmation message inside the app because the email is sent through your device’s default email client.\
As long as the email is successfully sent from your email app, we will receive your request.
{% endhint %}

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.moasure.com/en/moasure-1-and-2-series/settings/send-a-support-request.md?ask=<question>
```

The question should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
