Delete Account
Deleting your account is permanent and may make associated measurements and settings unrecoverable.
Analytics are optional and can be turned on or off at any time. If you prefer not to share anonymised usage data, you can disable analytics before deleting your account.
What we store
Account details: your name and email address.
Measurements and images: may be stored locally on your device or within enabled backup systems depending on your setup.
Analytics (optional): anonymised usage and diagnostic data used to help improve Moasure and support services. This can be controlled through the analytics setting.
Delete your account
To delete your account:
Open Settings by tapping the cog icon in the bottom-right corner.
Tap Account & Device Management.
Tap Delete Account.
Enter your password and tap Delete to confirm.
Important: Deleting your account permanently removes your account information and may make associated measurements and settings unrecoverable.
What happens next
Your Moasure account is permanently closed and you will be signed out of all devices.
Your personal account information is removed from our active systems.
Some records may be retained where legally required or needed for security, fraud prevention or business continuity purposes, in accordance with our retention policies.
Backup systems may temporarily contain prior data until normal backup rotation occurs.
Measurements or images stored locally on your device may remain on the device until deleted.
To use Moasure again, you will need to create a new account.
